| A great place to stay! The staff were ever so friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was within walking distance to the train station and other places of interest. |

| We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. I cannot compliment it enough. All the staff were friendly & polite, the room immaculate and cleaned daily. We are already looking at returning later in the year. |

| I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very helpful and extremely polite. It was only a 15-20 min walk to the centre. The room was beautiful. I was very happy and would definitley being staying here next time i visit Florence. |
